DESCRIPTION:For the first time ever the SDC shall be hosting a film morning and lunch for members and their families. Numbers are limited and the SDC are first in line before tickets shall then be offered to the wider OS club. We would encourage members to book early.  \n10.30 for 11.00 We have exclusive use of the Old Market Hall Cinema in the Square\, Shrewsbury https://www.oldmarkethall.co.uk/. The cafe will be open for drinks and cakes.  \nWe shall be enjoying Tom Cruise’s highest grossing film TOP GUN MAVERICK (2022) (12A). For those of you who need reminding\, the official trailer is here. \nAfter the film concludes we take a short walk to The Golden Cross https://www.goldencrosshotel.co.uk/ which\, again\, we have exclusive use of for a welcome glass of fizz and a seasonal three course Sunday lunch. \nCosts? \nCinema\nMembers – £12.50\nChildren under 12 – £6  \nWelcome fizz and three course lunch.\nMembers – £45\nChildren under 12 – £20  \nThe event is open to members and their partners/spouses and children.
